Willson, Miranda age 22 died in the early morning of December 26, 2015. She was born December 4, 1993 in Victoria BC.

When Miranda entered a room you knew she was there - 6ft tall, with her tresses of long blonde hair, she was loud, funny, smart and beautiful. If you were down, she was always quick to bring up your spirits with her big smile and quick wit. She referred to herself as a "musical prodigy" (although she couldn't play a note of music). Her favorite colours were tiffany blue and "bling". Those she loved, she loved with abandon - she was an all-in kind of girl.

Survived by her Mama Bear, Lori Willson (Denis Stokes) and her Pops, Craig Miller. She leaves behind Great Grandparents Jacqueline Waldron, Doris and Gerry Willson (and the entire rest of the Willson Clan); Grandparents Lyle and Wendy Willson and Doreen and Rodrigue Dionne; Aunts Ginny (Joff) Barlow; Meichelle Dionne and Candice Feeny (John); Uncles David Waldron and Marcel Dionne; cousins Delaney, Jossy and Jack Barlow, Ryan, Patrick and Morgan O'Neill and Ashley and Dustin Waldron (and families); entended family Kallum, Paige, Olivia, Grace, William and Fraser, as well as her boyfriend Joe. Miranda had many friends, and she will be especially missed by best friends Shelby, Cole and Brad, as well all her "lang-rats" that she looked out for.

Miranda always championed the underdog. Recently, she single-handedly raised over $2500 for the SPCA during a donation drive at her work at Canadian Tire, Langford. She said of it, "..you know I can talk to anybody - I have to use my superpowers for good".

Everyone whose life was touched by Miranda is invited to join us for a celebration of her life. The funeral will be held January 9 at 11am at Sands Funeral Chapel 317 Goldstream Ave, with a reception to follow at the Langford Legion 761 Station Ave. We'll have her I tunes there - come play a song from Miranda's playlist.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Miranda's memory to the BCSPCA or the Greater Victoria Police Victim Services.

'93 til infinity...
